Grushevyi Tsvet is created and directed by Vera Garmash, Alexander Sysoev and Ekaterina Shakhova, a team of associates, which considers the matter of life in attention to people and the world around.

We originally conceived Pear Blossom / Grushevyi Tsvet as an ecosystem, a living environment that grows and develops with the territory. This is a community project about people who create an atmosphere of hospitality, a culture of dialogue and the creative energy of the region.
One of our tasks is to unite active people around us: representatives of creative industries, craftmen, artists and gastro enthusiasts.
We plan to hold gastronomic festivals, educational forums and events that will become a platform for self-realization and the experience exchange.

Culture and Art Development
Our initiatives
We support creative industry development in the region. We founded a pottery workshop. In 2024 we had a roof of the House of Culture in Cheposh repaired and bought equipment for its heating system. We regularly donate in the Prize Fund of local festivals.
On a regular basis we support multi-child families, SMO participants and Altay Republic inhabitants.
Care for People
We supported sport events in Altay Republic districts.
Sport and healthy lifestyle
We had the fire station and the emergency station in Cheposh repaired. We donated a firetruck and an ambulance to the village.

We support social projects that bring real value to people and improve the quality of life in the region.
